1. Sales of ELV systems for small projects, refurbishment and fit-out works focusing mainly on security & surveillance systems.
2. Special focus to increase sales of annual maintenance contracts for CCTV, access control, lighting control and UPS systems.
3. Develop a strong customer base that includes MEP contractors, fit-out contractors, facilities management companies and end-users.
4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and closely track status of each.
5. Develop venders and sub-contractors to support installation works.
6. Financial forecasting of projects and annual maintenance contracts.
7. Timely collection of account receivables from the customers.
8. Coordination with the design & estimation, project execution, commercial and legal teams to enable smooth execution of projects.
9. Review, propose and implement measures to improve the current business operations.
Work Profile: Business development and sales of Access Control and Time & Attendance systems of ISGUS GmbH.
1. Determine annual sales budget, gross-profit plans and resources requirements for achieving desired sales.
2. Business development for Zeus (Access Control and Time & Attendance system by ISGUS GmbH) involving submission of documents for product review and approval by Engineering Consultants.
3. Generate sales inquiries from system integrators, various contractors and end-users.
4. Prepare estimation and quotation for all inquiries.

Work Profile: Sales and marketing of Annual Maintenance Contracts and modification/refurbishment of fire and safety systems and other ELV systems.
Work Description:
1. Determine annual sales budget and gross-profit plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
2. Determine resources requirements in terms of manpower, tools & equipments and transportation requirements in concurrence with the sales budget and gross-profit plans.
3. Develop Key-Result-Areas for the sales team focusing on the sales budget, gross-profit plans and daily business operation requirements.
4. Assign roles to team members as per the interests and specialization of the individuals; follow up on work results.
5. Develop monthly plan and schedule for carrying out maintenance services and handover to the Service Manager.
6. Determine monthly invoicing plans as per the planned monthly services and execution of small projects.
7. Establish selling prices of all equipments required as spares for maintenance services.
8. Oversee inventory levels of all critical components required for maintenance services.
9. Carryout interviews for new recruits and annual and half yearly appraisals for existing sales team.
10. Map potential customers and generate leads for new sales opportunities.
11. Maintain and improve business relationships with clients.
12. Work along with the sales team in identifying prospective customers, sending out sales quotations, price negotiations and closing of sales.

Work Description:

2. Generate inquiries for modification / refurbishment work of fire and safety systems.
3. Complete sales activities from inquiry generation through to quotation, material / service delivery, invoicing and payments.
4. Manage a team of sales support consisting of two sales executives and one sales engineer.
5. Oversee activities of the field team consisting of engineers, technicians and assistant technicians.
6. Coordinate with the Assistant Manager - Technical Services for execution of modification and refurbishment jobs.
7. Reporting to the Assistant Divisional Manager.

Work Description:
Client: Takreer, Ruwais Refinery Division of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company
1. Manage a team of 3 Supervisors and 12 Technicians in maintaining the fire and gas security systems in refinery, general utilities plant and loading areas in jetty
2. Planning and executing of preventive and corrective maintenance jobs as per NFPA standards
3. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports for the client
4. Managing other requirements of the site like material, expenses and manpower
