• To control and assure the quality of Raw material, products, during production and after packing and also make sure that finished products are fit for release.
• Ensuring that food products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities.
• To ensure corrective and preventive action (CAPA, verification plan) process is in place to address product defects, consumer complaints, incidents, audit and assessment findings.
• Generate new product, improving existing recipes, ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
• Establish procedures, standards, systems and Conducting Tests/ Calibration in accordance with the approved test methods
