1.Assist in recruitment & selection.
2.SOP creation for different HR & Administration process.
3.Responsible for identifying cost saving opportunities.
4.Monitoring employees leave & attendance thought software & drive overtime (OT) report on monthly basis.
5.Monthly salary processing of general admin personnel.
6.On-boarding arrangement of the newly joined employees & provide all necessary logistics support.
7.Monthly payroll deduction report processing.
8.Create effective coordination between & other department. Handling administrative matters & advice properly.
HR Operation 1. Manage and Follow up monthly payroll management.
2. Recruitment processing (Staff requisition, job posting CV sorting, calling candidates for interview and arrange interview and appointment letter)
3. Organize staff orientation programs for newly recruited employees.
4. Assist in job analysis for various positions.
5. Arrangement of training allowance.
6. Leave Management.
7. Job Analysis & Manpower Planning
Facilitate Trainings 1. Organize trainings for employees and staffs
2. Conduct training by preparing training materials and contents
3. Direct involvement in Development of trainings
4. Managing Staff survey
Administration and Coordination 1. Coordinate and manage day to day staff issues, compensations etc.
2. Internal and External coordination with stakeholders, suppliers etc
3. Facilitate office supports and managing the office administration.
Reporting 1. Manage, prepare and circulate periodic management reports, notices, circulars, management orders etc.
2. Daily and Weekly reports on sales, output and critical issues to attend
3. Preparation of Annual reports for the company
