 Preparation & Submission of Reports to Ministries and Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities indicating Sales & Opening & Closing Stock of Petroleum products on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
 Preparation of Sales book on daily basis
 Preparation of Stock Reports on monthly basis.
 Preparation and Submission of Sales & Allied Tax reports to FBR.
 Arranging & attending of Pumping Schedule meeting with Oil Marketing companies in which supply of Petroleum products are discussed on daily basis.
 Any other duties assigned by the Management
