Respond to all helpdesk calls at minimum response time to meet the requirement.
Send weekly reports to Helpdesk Supervisor.
Physically verify the equipment while attending the registered complaint.
Implementation of Software and Hardware restriction, User Level restriction, NTFS permission, Group Policies.
Provide 1st line Network, Hardware and Software support to users.
Installation, configuration and updated of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, XP, Windows 7 etc.
Software and Hardware installation, repair and maintenance of PC’s.
Installed and rolled out PCs and peripherals.
Installed and Configured firewalls (Software and Hardware Level), network Antivirus software and Anti Spy ware software.
Installed and configured networked and standalone printers.
Update Assets sheet on all location on regular basis and intimate to Supervisor as changing occurs.
Strong monitoring on all Helpdesk as well backup equipments.
Strong coordination between other team members for better understanding and to get updates on other location activities.
Movements of IT assets inter department and other locations.
Provide on call support to all PTCL DSL & EVO Broadband customers.
Providing online resolution for LAN, WAN issues.
Efficiently provide Layer 1 & 2 Technical Support.
Provides online support regarding Bandwidth issues, Slow Browsing, Port issues, Authentication & Browsing Issues.
Trying to resolve synchronization issues by some physical & logical practices.
Configuration of all types of ADSL Modem and as well as Wireless Routers.
Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
Troubleshooting networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
Providing technical support for internal users (support) with varying levels of IT knowledge
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
