• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments from clients, and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating deductions, taxes, and other withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations regarding employee.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Pakistan's tax laws.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensures the company's tax compliance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Make recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure the efficient use of financial resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
