• Report to the CEO and Partners on the monthly business review and sales target achievement.
• Control marketing budget and other expenses. Saved 780, 000 AED in overspends (in 2015).
• Participate in the Full Year Marketing Plan. Propose brand activities with customer promo event calendars.
• Improved promo accuracy by 38% and reduced costs by 6%, thereby maximizing ROI (in 2016).
• Engage in the demand planning/forecast with Supply Chain; stock allocation tracking and distribution plan.

• Track and communicate competitor in-market promotions, activities, and category pricing/margins.
• Provide data analysis using tools such as MS Excel, SAP, BW, BO, and Tableau; perform activity analysis.
• Drive data collection & analysis based on Nielson, EPOS data; Executing CATMAN for FROZEN in Carrefour.
• Perform retail audits to supervise distribution, MSL, OSA, SOS, usage of POSM, and market survey.
