• Recruitment - Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
• Manpower Planning - Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. Forecast short-range and long-term staffing requirements and construct recruitment approaches to fill these positions.
• PMS - Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
• Compensation Management - Managing the payroll functions, promotions, transfers, annual revisions, and full & final settlements.
• HR Policies & Guidelines Prepare/ implement all HR Related Policies & SOPs.
• Offer direct disciplinary procedures, supervise and coordinate staff and specialists’ work
• Employee Communication - Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employees benefits.

Key Accountabilities:
• Managed comprehensive recruitment processes, overseeing candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and final hiring decisions for a workforce of 3, 000 employee across Pre-hiring, Deployment, Onboarding, and Demobilizing phases.
• Developed and maintained a strong network of potential candidates through direct sourcing, proactive market research, and relationship management.
• Successfully managed a diverse workforce, embracing various cultures and nationalities, by employing effective leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Coordinating with line managers regarding recruitment needs to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.
• Advertising vacancies on agreed channels, liaise with recruitment agencies, sources applicants etc.
• Assisting in developing and facilitating recruitment strategies and campaigns/initiatives to achieve required staffing levels.
• Screening applications and conducts competency-based and behavioral-based interviews.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate packages, prepare employment offers of successful candidates / regret unsuccessful applicants, and collect pre-employment requirements for visa processing.
• Provide the needed administrative support and coordinate with the Government Relations Officer regarding visa matters.
• Released job offer to candidates and conducted the onboarding procedures.
Maintain recruitment data and statistics and provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and activities.
• Liaise with team members regarding human resources department related requests (Salary Certificates / Experience Certificates/ NOC / Job Title Change request etc.).
• Handling A to Z on & off boarding process.
• Acknowledge Incident Reports, conduct investigation, and escalate the report to the Head of Human Resources, complying to the Employee relation and Disciplinary policy.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager the assignment of Employees Accommodation & Transportation
• Track all team members documents (QID, Health Card, Passport, Health Certificate etc.) expiry dates ensuring punctual renewals (if needed) and generating related month end reports.
• Monitor HSE Inspections in the Company Accommodation and follow up the corrective actions and making sure is taken.
• Handle with punctuality Human Resources funds (credit card expenses and cash replenishment with appropriate support documents) and liaise with the finance department in a professional and collaborative manner (Liquidation).
• Collaborated with various departments, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology, to ensure seam- less coordination within the team.
• Researched and implemented innovative sourcing methods to optimize recruitment costs and enhance diversity awareness.
• Developed a comprehensive understanding of business products and value proposition to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
