 Manage day-to-day Showroom Retail Operations.
 Drive Sales Growth.
 Team Training and Development.
 Stock / Inventory Control.
 Merchandising and Operating Standards adherence.
 Support Marketing Initiatives.
 Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve staff effectiveness, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
 Work closely with the Sales team & Design team to achieve the monthly sales targets and increase the overall performance of the Design Center.
 Maintain clear lines of communication with the Operations Director on sales, performance issues and customer service.
 Work with Operations Director and / or Human Resources to consistently implement disciplinary action and performance management in accordance with company guidelines.
 Assist in the recruitment and hiring of team members.
 Competitor Monitoring and Feedback.

Sales Supervisor/ Store in charge.
 Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
 Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
 Formulate pricing policies.
 Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
 Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
 Organize and distribute staff schedules.
 Preside over staff meetings.
 Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
 Manage different departments within the store.
 Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

 Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
 Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
 Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
 Monitoring competitor activity.
 Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
