• Prepare and maintain day to day accounts of Shubh Mangal Marbles and Granites Pvt. Ltd, Shubh Builders and Developers, Shubh Grah Metals (Aluminium Import) and Shubh Mangal Enterprises (FMCG Export) manually.
• Prepare and maintain accounting for all the group companies on accounting software (Tally 7.2 and Tally 9).
• Assist CFO in Closing monthly accounts of all the group company and review monthly performance.
• Assist CFO in Verification and finalization of the management accounts of all the group companies and evaluating monthly, quarterly and yearly performance.
• Prepare manual ledgers of all the debtors and creditors for Marble, Aluminium and Export unit.
• Meet some regular clients to understand their need and expectation with the marble unit, better.
• Work on tax implication especially excise duty for marble unit.
• Prepare salary sheet and maintain Employees State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund (PF) and Tax Deducted at Source(TDS).
• Prepare and maintain Cash Book.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain stock audit report.
Prepare cost sheet and evaluate profitability for marble unit.
MBA in finance + Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration.
