-Prepare Maintenance plan, reports, PR, SES etc. for the Department
- Coordinate with related departments for required reports & activities
- Provide technical support/assistance to Superintendent /Supervisor.
- Enhancing the reliability of the materials
- Generating various reports, that include equipment non-availability status; work order status; failure analysis, plant outage request, daily taggings request, daily support service scheduling, or any other report requested by Manager.
Maintenance Scheduling
- Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
- Coordinate with the Operation and Material Departments the preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the availability of materials and manpower needed for the smooth execution of work orders. Requesting new materials thru MDG if needed
