MEP Projects through my networks were handled to me to work on both technical and commercial aspects by identifying the main elements of these project in order to analyze the functions of those elements where alternative solutions are elaborated for delivering those functions and assessing and allocating costs to the alternative solutions.

* Developing and improving maintenance procedures for mechanical systems. Designing and creating drawings of mechanical parts and systems
* Working closely with architects and owners throughout the entire process, from pre-design through post-construction
* Detecting and resolving clashes among trades - architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety before construction starts. To keep the harmony between these separate designs, it's essential to have a coordination of updated designs of each discipline
• Delivers MEP packages and other related packages such as but not limited to vertical conveying
systems within the agreed budget.
• Ensures the timely, quality, and safe execution and completion of the company’s MEP projects.
• Ensures the effective and efficient planning of MEP projects.
• Brings the required technical expertise in MEP in order to support other processes requiring
specialized technical input
• Ensures the effective kickoff and closing of projects.
• Resolves difficult technical issues
• Ensures maximum coordination between MEP operations and Civil operations
• Maximizes value-engineering inputs on MEP-related matters as well as supporting the Estimation
for the pricing of MEP packages
• Ensures strong coordination with the Procurement functions for MEP packages.

Manages and coordinate large projects through all phases of design, permitting and construction.
Provides leadership for site projects management functions.
- Operate with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative.
- Working cooperatively with business unit client representatives.
- Leading and managing the Electro-mechanical Department: Tendering, costing, budgeting, negotiation, planning, procurement and operations.
. Supervising and checking of daily/weekly and monthly progress reports and make the corrective plans.

Allied Builders Construction Company is a new established E/M company based in Abu Dhabi where I was in charge of creating and developing all the departments (operations) excluding Business development and accounting-financing departments.

-Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical fabrication, prefabrication, erection and installation.
-Supervising staff for the purpose of producing technical proposals, drawings, etc..
-Planning, scheduling and costing of operation cost including man power, power cost, maintenance consumable cost, etc.
- Project Management of the mechanical and electrical scopes of work with emphasis on the construction schedule and task specific schedules and coordination.
- Coordination & distribution the different resources among the different available projects
-Participation to progress meeting.
-Method statements for procedures of installation.(Methodology).
-Provision of a QA/QC engineer for checking quality of prefabrication/installation.
-Provision of a Health and Safety Engineer to supervise site installation.
-Issuance of a safety plan adapted to the installation works.
-Checking and Preparation of welding and other procedures.
-Planning and execution of workshops, welding posts, others facilities which are essential for the completion of the works.
-Supervision and checking all drawings and others related to erection and installation.
-Checking, coordinating and interference in civil layouts.

- In addition to the above, I was reallocated in Jordan through Mid engineering and contracting company where I was in charge of the undergoing works in King Hussain international Airport Aqaba.
. Project Estimation and Costing: This involved the assimilation of suppliers’ material cost, assessing labour costs and evaluating profit and overhead rates.

.. Responsible of MEP installation in Grand Hills is a large scale tourist Project located in Broumana Lebanon, Project value: US $ 120. million, as well as, Head of Maintenance Facility before and after the Resort Soft opening.
* Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned engineering operations and functions.
* Assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures. ... Plans, directs, and coordinates processes in an automotive plant.
* Designing and implementing equipment modifications to help improve maintenance, performance, safety and reliability. Investigating and testing ideas to improve existing systems or to overcome overall plant equipment and machine problems.
* Testing and Commissioning as well as starting up of new plants.
Plan and supervise the routine maintenance of equipment and machinery through utilizing Plant Engineering methodologies, system and tools as defined by Company.
