• Responsible for developing the payroll system (Odoo ERP System), including a Self Service module, attendance management, compensation, benefits, and rewards systems, as well as coordination with the IT department and external service providers.
• Supervise the daily human resources functions to include Payroll, Government relations, policies and procedures development
• Analyzing and preparing HR reports :
Compensation reports (paid time off, overtime cost, deductions )
HR administration reports(New Hire Budget/Analysis, Separation Budget/Analysis, Status Change Budget/Analysis, Headcount Analysis, Turnover Analysis)
Onboarding and Offboarding reports.
• Responsible for social security calculations and payments, air ticket payments, staff loans, budget reports, and life insurance claims.
• Reviewing Off-Cycle Payments (Overtime - Incentives - Commissions) in accordance with company policies.
• Review attendance reports monthly (permissions, vacations, and leaves) and take appropriate action in accordance with company policies.
• Providing backup to payroll specialists as needed.
• In charge of handling investigations related to employees and other matters and issuing necessary disciplinary actions after reviewing the decision with the HR Head.
• Reviewing offer letters, internal memos, and official requested documents.
• Support and coordinate the recruitment and selection process and hiring needs.
• Reviewing updates of manpower files in accordance with payroll after hiring or resignation.
• Managing employee exit process by conducting exit interviews, and processing indemnity and other requirements based on Labor laws in GCC markets.
• Conducting employee evaluations effectively and presenting management with performance appraisal reports for the performance management system.
• Assisting the HR team in providing development and suggestions to ensure each day-to-day operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Responsible for handling Petty Cash.

• Provides expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, talent development, employment transactions, policy compliance, and other related HR functional areas.
• Conducts general needs analyses and provides recommendations to management regarding opportunities for improvement; develops and delivers routine training, as needed.
• Instrumental in managing monthly payroll for a robust workforce of 1500.
• Ownership of multi-regional monthly payrolls \[Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, India, and Egypt\]. Along with other sister companies.
• Assuring that all aspects of the payroll cycle, including compensations, benefits, etc., are processed, checked, and transmitted promptly and accurately.
• Processing Off cycle payments (Overtime - Incentives - Commissions) as per company policies.
• Reviewing all types of leaves, permissions, sick leaves, annual leave, and indemnity provisions, as well as leave encashment.
• Analyzing and preparing payroll reports (headcount, turnover, provisions, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handling the calculation of termination payments.
• Addressing and resolving employee queries related to the payroll.
• Maintaining data and documents for internal & external audits.
• Reviewing staff loans according to company policy and proceeding installments.
• Processing invoices entry of Boutiqaat staff discounts on the payroll system effectively.
• Responsible for processing monthly payroll for 500 employees, general ledger reconciliations, social security calculations and payments, air ticket payments, staff loan rescheduling, month, quarter, and year-end reports, department's budget report, and life insurance claims.
• Handling all types of leaves, permissions, sick leaves, annual leave, and indemnity provisions, as well as leave encashment.
• Prepare wage and salary reports, including overtime pay, deductions, and bonuses.
• Handling the calculation of termination payments.
• Working with HRMS System (Oracle) and responsible to input HR information accurately into these systems.
• Responsible for processing monthly payroll for 700 employees,
• Working with HRMS System (Faims & Menitech) and responsible to input HR information accurately into these systems.
• Preparing and submitting salary reconciliation in MOSAL, to issue Salary certificates monthly.
• Handling all HR Letters (Salary - Continuity-experience-Visit Visa Certificates).
• Assists and guides Department Heads in recruitment activities.
• Coordinate drafting and distribution of office communications including office memos, letters, and other notices.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to the HR department.
