- Worked as SCADA & Telecomm Engineer, I WAS responsible to manage the project with project time schedule and local cost budget. Was managing the assigned project teams and activities. Was organizing and coordinating regular project meetings with Contractor and subcontractors. Ensure timely and accurate internal project reporting and controlling.
- Was adjusting the complete schedules for the testing period and weekly test schedules. Was coordinating and supervising the work of all testing & commissioning activities. Was coordinating all the activities with Client within schedules. Was Arranging all documents and records of the project (O&M manuals, specification, factory test results, site test results, approved drawings … etc). Was monitoring the progress of the testing period and Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for onward submission to the higher authorities. - Chasma Hydro Power Plant
Capacity: 180 MW, Details of Circuit: 4 circuits of 132KV each.
I worked as a client with Chasma Group of Consultants. I was primarily responsible for SCADA and telecommunication work. I worked in coordination with the consultants in installation, commissioning and testing of the RTU (Collector 400) and Digital Exchanges.
-220 KV Grid Station Peshawar Road Islamabad
Contractor: M/S Ganish Turkey responsible for SCADA and Telecommunication Works.
I worked in coordination with the contractor in the installation, wiring up of RTU, commissioning and testing of the RTU. Also worked on the installation and commissioning of the Digital Exchanges.
-Ghazi Barotha Power House
Capacity: 1450 MW, Contractor: M/S Alstom, Sub Contractor: M/S ABB, Details of Circuits: 2 nos circuits of 500KV presently extendable to 4 nos circuits of 500KV in future.
I worked as a client and was primarily responsible for coordination regarding installation of fiber optics for Power House, Switchyard and tail barrage. Installation of FOX 515, ECSFD exchanges, teleprotection, remote terminal unit (collector 400), commissioning, final testing and inspection of the above equipments.
- I was supervising the complete network (LAN) of the organization.
- My task was to look after the complete network and provide the best possible service of computers to the managerial staff of the organization.
- My designation shows that I am capable of working on both, Managerial as well as Technical side.
- It was a good experience of coupling management skills with my basic Technical knowledge.
