I am working as a Quality Control Engineer at the Grand Egyptian Museum project at Remaya square.
I worked as a Piping Engineer at SIAC Constructon Company.

Roles:
- Supervision on the contractors to achieve the work on the right time.
- Witness on the welding process/fit-up/painting
- Receiving material certificates
-prepare NDT certificates
-Witness on Hydrotest
- Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed on site.
- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
- Coordinate with the client’s representative and Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Conformity Report.

Duties: Inspection for the welds of the Towers by Ultrasonic testing method.
- Responsible for preparing and/or reviewing welding procedure specifications "WPS", supervising procedure qualification "PQR" & welders qualification "WQT", responsible for welding and construction activities ( reviewing inspection test plan "ITP", Material certificates, Fabrication work shop activities and other NDT activities ( UT, MT, PT, RT & VT ).
- Well aware of requirements of Standards & Codes ASME, AWS, API.
- Supervise Receiving & check the material.
In my previous position as a mechanical engineer; I have developed key project management skills and the ability to improve communication with the broader project team. I am very confident in planning and designing projects using AutoCAD. I enjoy the hands-on work that this type of HVAC projects, including checking the technical aspects of drawings and equipment designs and the maintenance of existing infrastructure.
I have a thorough knowledge of the processes of HVAC projects and am experienced in directing and managing the on-site team, including contractors. I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and my multitasking abilities are advanced.
Given my on-site experience I am working hard to keep projects running on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the technical parameters and compliance process are supplied as outlined in
the contract documents.
- Handling the tasks of identifying opportunities to decrease the consumption of energy
at facilities.
- Performing responsibilities of providing support to the senior engineer in planning the
design phase of the project.
- Providing recommendations to clients regarding systems that need replacement.
- Handling the tasks of assisting senior engineers in planning and installing materials
