Preparation of periodic follow-up reports to management activities and submit them to the vise president of the Commission for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Arrange, categorise, classify administrative files centrally and work to meet the needs of staff upon request for any documents and save and deliver mutual correspondence between departments and divisions in the department, as well as received by the various departments after registration.
