Developed engaging lesson plans and other integrated activities for the holistic development of students which resulted in their social and academic development. Grades secured by students in IGCSE were also higher than previous years.
Material Development
Introduced the idea of a resource manual for each subject area taught which resulted in effective planning of lessons and other activities.
KHDA Reporting
Prepared section portfolios for KHDA inspection in The Oxford School.
Was responsible for planning and executing curriculum for secondary students under the domain of English Literature. Undertook tasks such as; lesson planning, evaluation, lesson summary reports, student personality development and developing language proficiency. Quickly became a trusted teacher known for “can-do” attitude.
Served in capacities of; Teacher, Secondary Section Learning Coordinator, Principal and Regional Coordinator of Higher Secondary School (HSS). Successful completion of duties and excellence is shown by the progressive growth in the institute. Duties on the various roles are:
• To monitor the students’ developmental plan and activities.
• Planning and organizing teacher developmental plan.
• Sending the planning and reporting to the parent body.
• To coordinate with different portfolios for organizing activities.
• To ensure smooth flow of the center.
• Coordinate 22 HSSs running in the assigned area.

• To organize different activities and projects in the areas of sports, civic awareness, health awareness and youth empowerment.
