Lead the digital range team, plan and develop a web presence strategy that covers content, communication, and merchandising on the IKEA website and other digital platforms, and secure it executed in the most effective and efficient way, in order to fulfil the purpose of the digital commerce function.
Merchandising of the range on all digital channels.
Monitor performance of digital channels and improve accordingly.
Ensure consistent IKEA look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
Responsible for all Digital Communication tasks.
Support business leaders to plan the most effective, appropriate communications activities and media for delivering key messages and information to internal audiences.
Motivate and encourage the team to work together to achieve a common goal.
- Responsible for IKEA internal digital channels.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and maintenance of the intranet and other digital platforms to ensure content accuracy and growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, and ensure consistency of messages across multiple channels.
Responsible for diagnosing & resolving & providing 1st/2nd line support.
Execute gap analysis to develop a better process
Investigating and implementing ways of reducing calls to the Help Desk.
Analyzing and prepare statistical reports for supervisors and managers.
Assure the integrity of workflow between Purchasing department, Warehouse, Finance and IT.
Data Analysis, statistical and reports
Make recommendations and take actions to improve work.
• Update some parts of the chamber web site
• Reorganize and help in design two touch screen systems
