GUL (GSM, UMTS, LTE) RAN Senior Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- installation, commissioning, data configuration, integration, troubleshooting and debugging of BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/BSC/RNC/EMS/NetView;
- data configuration, debugging and maintenance of Maximo & NMS;
- monitoring, KPI analyzing and troubleshooting; professional product technical support service for the customer for GUL RAN Networks;
- on-site supervision and troubleshooting of wireless equipment.
GPON technical product support engineer
Main responsibilities:
- installation, data configuration, integration, interconnection and debugging of OLT, ONU, EMS;
- training and product technical support service for the customer.
Team & Tech lead of NOC (10 people)
Main responsibilities:
- training, manage and control the NOC engineers team. Find out problematic areas of the network, inform responsible teams, push and control Subcon's engineers to solve the detected problems according to SLA time and keep the network in working mode during 7x24;
- field engineer’s support; training to Subcon's for ZTE installation standards;
- on time reporting of the network failures reasons to customer and FLM manager;
- prepare weekly FLM reports for weekly meeting.
