- Review and organize the Cost-effective technical Proposals for packages & solutions of Power & Water BU (Water Pumps Packages.
- Plans, leads and supervises the sales & engineering teams’
efforts and programs of the organization.
- Developing sales strategy and company sales procedures,
training and motivating sales staff and achieving sales targets
and revenue goals.
- Manage KPIs to ensure sales goals and objectives are
achieved.
- Interact and evaluate the Overseas and local Suppliers for
processing quality products in time to support the Projects.
- Ensure that customer orders and product procurement are
processed correctly as per the approved submittals and in
time.
- Maintain good technical communications and develop long-term relationship with principals, consultants, clients (MEP
Contractors, EPC, Oil & Gas Segments)
- Coordinate information for innovative Danway’s Power & Water
Business Unit branded standard products for Pumps (Grundfos
& Armstrong) water packages.
- Ensure the tender inquiries are logged, maintained and
completed within the customer expected time frame.
- Attend principal’s trainings to gain a technical discipline.
- Preparing reports for Sales & Operation Managers.
- Lead, manage and motivate sales and engineering teams
members, including recruitment, control & discipline in
accordance with company procedures and in conjunction
with the HR dept.
- Support Division Manager to develop marketing plan in
alignment with strategic business development.
