•Facilitate team work by scheduling tasks to meet needs and deadlines and to unsure that team members are communicating effectively
•Choose the right technique of data collection to get accurate data
•Unsure data availability, validation, integrity and accuracy are maintained
•Clean, process and analyze data to produce weekly and monthly automated reports, dashboards and maps (Including 4W)
•Provide standardized procedures for projects activities (data collection, processing and visualizations)
•Support IM procurements and services
•Identify technical problems and propose solution
•Facilitate knowledge and technical expertise sharing workshops in the region in addition to preparation of presentations and information packages for trainings and workshops
•Develop policies and standards related to data quality, protection and sharing
•Conduct awareness sessions to staff related to the importance and risks of handling personal or sensitive data related to vulnerable individuals
•Promote new technologies and demonstrate how it can increase the impact of the projects
•Keep myself and the team members job knowledge up-to-date through self-directed study and other means of learning

2016 Information Management Intern at UNHCR-Middle East and Northern Africa Regional office (MENA), Jordan.
•Trasnlation of Vulnerability Assessment Framework(VAF) from sql scripts to easily readable MS visio charts
•Genrate automated reports using (SSRS) sql server reporting system for to keep track of progress related to household and individual needs (Housing, WASH, Financial Situation, Food Security, Education, Health, and Documentation)
•Assistance in data management if needed by Mr. Wadih
•Update “Vulnerability Home Visit Form” surveys
