Study project components and advise the client regarding constructability, milestones and work strategy. Participate in the technical evaluations of the received bids. Design and prepare templates of project progress reports. Monitor and direct junior planning staff. Review Evaluate and approve Contractor Baseline / Recovery Schedules in terms of comprehensiveness, validity, constructability, etc... Work with the Contractor’s Planner to ensure Weekly Reports are provided with accurate and measurable data, in order to provide the required monitor and control to insure that projects complete on time with no slippage. Study and assess submitted contractors/Designers claims and prepare counter claim if necessary.

Prepare Work Program, Monitoring and Reporting, Progress updates, corrective actions, time extension request, P6 administration, follow up on subcontractor schedules and reports.
