1- Leading, managing, planning, directing, and controlling all aspects of cash control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets, IT system, administration aspects and personnel.

1- Create a new centralized department for Accounts Payables to manage more than 13, 000 vendors account that are dealt with the multiple Group’s divisions and its subsidiaries through divisional contracts, and prepare a structure of the required reports, taking into account the number of the different SBG divisions and its subsidiaries who use multiple and different accounting systems.
2- Review the vendor’s files to process the payment for the various Divisions and subsidiaries of the Group based on the requirements of the agreements the Ministry of Finance with the Group.
3- Support the company's position against the trade creditors who filed a lawsuit against the company
4- Support and work closely with the finance manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
5- Assist in preparing the financial statements, preparation of spreadsheets, or other reports as required.
6- Plan, organize and manage the workload to ensure contribution to the division’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
7- Participation in preparation of strategic plans and next period budgets.

13- Evaluating financial output for financial & accounting systems.
14- Compiling and preparing draft & final report of audit results and recommendations to discuss them with the senior Managers.
15- Overseeing physical count of Inventory and preparing summarized reports about the status of Store (Warehouse), Material or goods, Inventory team members & warehouse staff.
