Single point of contact for the Sales, Customer Services and
Delivery teams to ensure efficient order processing,
invoicing and timely deliveries.
• Managing & Coordinating with different sales teams
responsible for global market leading brands like
Galderma, Cutera, Syneron, Venus.
• Managing the sales operations using different business
management system like SAP and Sales Force and
coordinating with the warehouse and finance for timely
and efficient quotation, sales order and invoice processing.
• Creating commercial contracts and reviewing terms &
conditions of the sales agreement to ensure compliance
with the company policies.
• Supporting clients & Vendors with document submission
and verification in conformity with the company’s
requirements for issuing credit facilities.
• Budget forecasting for Event Sponsorship by providing cost
data for registration, travelling and accommodation
expenses for major global events like AWMC, IMCAS,
MEIDAM, Dubai Derma and more.
Organising client meetings, briefing clients about key
project-related information and assisting the project
manager in determining project requirements.
• Processing inquiries, generating account statements, sales
reports, quotations, invoices and managing database for
operational documents.
• Reporting and coordinating with the Jeddah head office
regarding general operational activities.
Organising internal and external audits, on-site training,
and briefing clients about certification standards like
OHSAS 18001, EMS and QMS.
• Managed the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Project-
Trainer and Auditor supervision, database management,
invoicing, payment collection, briefing officials about
training and certification requisites.
• Conducting sales analysis, generating sales reports,
budgeting by cost evaluation, drafting sales agreements,
proposals, presentations, quotations and invoices.
