*I Initiated and implemented successfully an MOC from scratch ( Memorandum of Cooperation) between the State of Kuwait and Japan - The Supreme Council for Planning and development successfully took a leading role in signing agreements in Japan on behalf of several ministries which I took a leading role in and accompanied HE The Minister of Planning and Development by Ministerial decree for one week in Tokyo to enhance cooperation and ways of exchanging expertise in different fields - 2014/2015 ( Over a year's work of mutual consultations between: HE Japanese ambassador in Kuwait, Kuwaiti Ambassador in Japan, coordination and approval from Ministry
*Head of the National Committee for writing The State of Kuwait UN Millennium Development Goals Report -Final editor for the report
*National member of CEDAW ( The Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women) team for writing the report
