•Manage day to day financial transactions of the company.
•Maintain book of accounts in a computerized environment.
•Produce our company’s financial statements.
•Perform strategic planning and priority setting for our department.
•Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports.
•Assist with the implementation of a new billing system.
•Accomplish billing departmental objectives by measuring billing results against plans, evaluating and improving methods and as well as making the required changes.
Handling accounts in Tally ERP9 and MS Office.
•Preparation of day books.
•Cash collection and preparing its statement and depositing.
•Maintain purchase orders and goods receipt note.
•Prepare monthly/weekly and other periodical financial reports.
•Bank reconciliation.
•Pay roll preparation.
