• Lead and supervise the maintenance and utilities teams of all three regions of Pakistan. Manage utilities and management facilities to ensure its availability to serve the business continuity.
• Support project team in site renovation, HVAC and MEP; supervise site renovation or expansion work, coordination and design scope discussion with HVAC and electrical consultants.
• Plan and create annual OpEx budget of maintenance and utilities and support manager to plan asset and site development CapEx budget.
• Implemented energy optimization and solar initiatives of production facilities to reduce utilities wastage up to 10% and increase the asset life by reducing number of cycles.
• Lead numerous facilities and utilities projects of energy optimization, energy saving and AMCs for better control and management of equipment.
• Implemented online complaint management system "KNOW" to address issues with proper resource allocations and monitor timelines.
• Supervise the facility management and equipment maintenance such as FAHU, MAU, Freezers, Walk in chillers, RO, Feed pumps, Generator, Oven, Makeline, Metal detector, Flour sifter etc. Anticipate in asset life cycle management.
• Lead a high-performance production and maintenance team, responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance
of the PESA Mill plant (Buhler)- 130 ton/day, ensuring compliance with Food Defense, Food Safety: FSSC 22000 V5.1, ISO
22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and Environment Health and Safety: ISO 45001.
• Support QA team while developing new recipe and BOM. Carry out machine settings and manage product mixing.
• Evaluation of monthly sales forecasting with actual production capacity for material resource planning and production
scheduling.
• Strategically Implement maintenance plans based on OEM guidelines, plan condition based and time-based maintenance
and ensure control execution to minimize Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Machine Down Time (MDT).
• Data Analyzing with SAP S4HANA for machine heath status and budget monitoring.
• Optimize inventory management by collaborating with the Store Department to maintain Inventory MSL and ensure
timely availability of spare parts by defining ROL and ROQ.
• Champion safety, health, and environment initiatives, ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance team by helping them to analyses data of breakdowns and utility consumption for cost and lost
hours reduction. Monitor OpEx.
• SAP new master data provider of Function Location, Equipment and its BOM, Asset registration. A member of change
management.
• Technical Team and MTO training scheduling and performance report creation.
