• These projects involved managing onsite and virtual teams including vendors, contractors and cross functional project teams.
• Ensured alignment of project objectives and KPI’s with the overall business strategy and adherence of projects to project management standards.
• Established IKEA’s PMO by setting up the policies, procedures, templates and knowledge base.
• Conducted 15+ PMO orientation sessions to spread project management knowledge across the organization.
