Design Supervision & Installation of MEP Systems of Bahria Icon Tower (62 Floors Office Tower+10 Floor Retail+42 Floor Apartment Tower with common 07 Basement Floors)
MEP Systems include:
8800 TR Chilled Water System (Primary & Secondary Pumping-VFD Driven) with Condensing water circuit comprising 04 nos. Cooling Towers (each 6000 gpm) and 05 nos. Condenser water Pumps-VFD Driven.
HVAC Air-side System comprising of AHUs (upto 5 TR) & FCUs (upto 3 TR) on Floor levels including FAHU.
24 MW 11 KV Karachi Electric Power Supply System with 100% Back-up Gensets on common Busbar interfaced with SCADA
Parking Ventilation & Smoke Extract System for 07 Basement Floors looped with Fire Alarm Control Panels
20.5m3/hr Booster Pumps (03 nos.) with Expansion Tank for Retail Area and 64m3/h3 Water Transfer Pump Sets for Office Tower & Apartment Tower serving up to 20 floors.
Fire Fighting System comprising of FHCs & Sprinklers on each floor (Basements Parking, Retail Area, Offices, Apartments) through separate risers. System is fed by 1500 gpm capacity Fire Pump Set serving upto 17 floors.
BMS System supported by BACNet MSTP/IP Protocol with Network Interface Unit on each floor having Fibre Optic Backbone; Schneider Controllers are used for Field Equipment & looped through Belden Cable as Master-Slave.
Installation Supervision & Commissioning of 29.6m3/hr R.O Plant achieving TDS of 380 ppm from 35000 ppm Borehole Water for Cooling Tower M/up water & 50 ppm for Drinking water quality.
