Design Supervision & Installation of MEP Systems of Bahria Icon Tower (62 Floors Office Tower+10 Floor Retail+42 Floor Apartment Tower with common 07 Basement Floors)

MEP Systems include:

 8800 TR Chilled Water System (Primary & Secondary Pumping-VFD Driven) with Condensing water circuit comprising 04 nos. Cooling Towers (each 6000 gpm) and 05 nos. Condenser water Pumps-VFD Driven.
 HVAC Air-side System comprising of AHUs (upto 5 TR) & FCUs (upto 3 TR) on Floor levels including FAHU.
 24 MW 11 KV Karachi Electric Power Supply System with 100% Back-up Gensets on common Busbar interfaced with SCADA
 Parking Ventilation & Smoke Extract System for 07 Basement Floors looped with Fire Alarm Control Panels
 20.5m3/hr Booster Pumps (03 nos.) with Expansion Tank for Retail Area and 64m3/h3 Water Transfer Pump Sets for Office Tower & Apartment Tower serving up to 20 floors.
 Fire Fighting System comprising of FHCs & Sprinklers on each floor (Basements Parking, Retail Area, Offices, Apartments) through separate risers. System is fed by 1500 gpm capacity Fire Pump Set serving upto 17 floors.
 BMS System supported by BACNet MSTP/IP Protocol with Network Interface Unit on each floor having Fibre Optic Backbone; Schneider Controllers are used for Field Equipment & looped through Belden Cable as Master-Slave.
 Installation Supervision & Commissioning of 29.6m3/hr R.O Plant achieving TDS of 380 ppm from 35000 ppm Borehole Water for Cooling Tower M/up water & 50 ppm for Drinking water quality.
