Roles and responsibilities :-
• Bahrain’s Largest Fleet of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles - Toyota, Lexus, Volvo, Subaru, SsangYong, Chery, Citroen, Isuzu, Hino, Hyundai forklifts and others.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target as per the established KPIs.
• Meet corporate clients and individual customers and build good relationships with identified stakeholders to generate new business and evaluate prospective clients.
• Ensure to interact with existing or new clients in order to understand their requirements to meet their needs by marketing the new and existing products of the company.
• Maintain customers records database, ensuring customer service excellence is maintained.
• Attend department meetings and ensure to share market trends or industry development
with the team to maximize the profit and market share.
• Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular basis. All other job related duties, as
assigned ensuring all quality standards, procedures and policies are met at all times.
Roles and responsibilities :-
• Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key corporate and direct clients, as well as travel agency clients.
• Gather market and client information, and follow up with visits to develop new business.
• Develop and maintain extensive customer database. Be responsible for individual sales target.
• Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.
• Assist the Area Sales Managers / Head of Corporate Relationships in implementing sales strategies. Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Carry out other tasks as and when assigned by the company.
• Research and identify sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
• Reach out to new customers and make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services. Ensure proper servicing and satisfactory after-sales support to clients.
• Understand the client requirements and then customize the product/services as per their needs.

Roles and responsibilities :-
• Complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize add-on service options like GPS, baby seat etc. Sell optional products and services for meeting customer needs, ensuring that branch achieves its targets.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files; notify customers of overdue rentals and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions. Check for new fines and Salik.
• Attend to enquiries from the individuals either in person or by telephone or through e-mail, take bookings and inform customers of the rental rates charged. Emphasize on turning every inquiry into a rental. Complete and submit various reports to supervisor/managers.
• Arrange for cars to be cleaned and refueled, to be ready for next customers at the rental office or delivered to them, ensuring that quality standards are adhered to.
• Showing customers to their vehicle. Note any car problems encountered by customers and follow up with the service department and workshop for appropriate action.
• Organize chauffeur-driven and limousine services. Schedule the drivers and check their quality standards. Reconcile the fuel bill report.
Roles and responsibilities :-
• Monitoring and controlling quality of the calls provided by the operations team.
• Effectively downloading appropriate quality feedbacks to the agents ensuring that they precisely follow the quality parameters set and as desired by the clients.
• Working on my assigned team for further improvements like improving their soft skills and ways to handle customer's queries and objections.
• Live auditing and barging the agents' calls to provide them the simultaneous feedbacks while handling the customers.
• Conducting the training sessions for the agents and imparting them the product specific knowledge so that they can effectively handle their customers on calls.
Roles and responsibilities :-
• Selling and promoting the products and services by calling prospective clients (both businesses and individuals) and carrying out market research for SME Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Car Loans, Life Insurance, Home Insurance, Mortgages, PPI Reclaims.
• Working within a team of other sales executives and achieving individual as well as team targets and strategies set by the team supervisor.
• Maintaining a minimum target level of sales, productivity, accuracy and performance as outlined by coach and client. Handling customer escalations.
• Multitasking to support customers by listening attentively, capturing their required data, asking probing questions, providing solutions, navigating through multiple screens and systems simultaneously, while applying advanced customer service and sales techniques.
• Identifying customer's needs including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by asking probing questions and making persuasive recommendations.
Roles and responsibilities :-
• Delivering fast quality support to clients by resolving tokens in a quick professional manner and with compliance to agreed time limits and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, scanners and so on and so forth over the Internet using Remote Desktop Connection or Terminal Services Clients.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Gathering customer’s information, diagnosing, resolving and troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues involving network connectivity, email clients, VoIP and so on and so forth.
• Offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining business by rapidly establishing a good working relationship. Supervising other junior technical staff.
