As a certified PMP, and PE employed in MTMM (Engineering consultancy) as Senior Engineer to undertake development /establishment of an enterprise PMO for Jeddah Municipality.(Amana)
Employed in National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)as Deputy Project Director Construction and maintenance. Required to look after construction and maintenance of various campuses and undertake construction projects in NUST H12 sector Islamabad. Projects under taken worth 2 Billion Rupees are as follows :-
Responsibilities / Achievements
-To lead and develop a project team, responsible to achieve the project deliverable for successful completion of the project.
-To identify and plan response to the project risks, as a part of risk management in project planning and monitoring and controlling during the entire execution process of the project.
-Stake holders management to ensure buy in from all concerned
-Scheduling and Planning, Cost Estimation, Budget Management, Reporting and QA/QC
-working under Centralized PMO for monitoring, evaluation, and controlling projects being undertaken in the sector.
-Monitoring the progress of the projects by overseeing staffing plan, procurement procedures of materials
-Interaction and coordination with consultants, contractors of neighboring projects within the sector.
-Frequent interaction and correspondence with services departments like Gas Company, Electric Supply Company and water supply department of Capital development Authority Islamabad.

As a program Manager in government works department located in a provincial capital, responsible to undertake multifarious National development projects in the province. e.g. rescue operation after 2005 earthquake in NWFP and Azad Kashmir.

- Construction of schools in the entire province with a cost of more than 600 millions rupees.
Flood Protection
Monitored river training and protection works in the province of NWFP.
Earth quake relief and rehabilitation
Undertook planning and monitoring of 2005 earth quake rescue and rehabilitation operation in NWFP.

As a Program Manager Government Engineer Service, responsible to supervise planning, contracting and execution of numerous civil engineering projects over Rs 900 million.
HRM- Responsible to manage over 500 Engineers/tradesmen/staff .Major functions were Staffing, team development including conflict resolution and training.
