To ensure the 100% implementation for the compliance of all the activities done in the Warehouse as per Regulatory requirements & given policy framework designed by the organization.
To deliver the high quality services of receiving, handling, storage facilities, & proper distribution of medicines.
To support overall safe delivery of company goals, schedule and budget to ensure that all responsibilities of receiving, handling, storage, & distribution of health product, are performed in a safe and controlled manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment.
Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project / regulatory policies, working practices and procedures relating to the storage function ensuring at all times that the work scope is completed safely and to a high standard by following the EHS guideline.
To ensure that all resources like personnel, material, machines, equipments & building are used systematically according to CGMP protocol, & are well maintained as per standard validation & calibration process.
To maintain appropriate storage condition for medicines all the time, & every product held in stock must be stacked batch wise on separate pallets & labeled categorically having the reference code, so that if one can want to check the stock physically, then can access & identify for any of stock material easily.
Material expired should be stored in separated area, & well labeled other than regular stock material to avoid the defaults during dispatch activities.
Product status show in quarantine notice should be placed in separate quarantine area.
To manage the inventory as per requirement for received & issued of materials and keep the relevant Documents updated at all the time.
To ensure the dispatch activities performed on the bases of FEFO/FIFO/LIFO system.
Having the monthly basis cross check of total physical inventory against the record to avoid the defaults in stock during sudden official check, or when ever auditing done by auditors.
