Worked in SAUDI ARAMCO IT Operation & Service department through a contracting company as Multi-craft ISP Senior Specialist IT transmission (Inside plant, IT hardware support & maintenance). As a Multi-craft ISP, I am responsible for:
1. Proactive monitoring of network equipment’s i.e.
a. SDH and PDH system
b. Meridian telephonic system
c. Huawei IP & LAG system
d. ADSL & HDSL System
e. TETRA Radio System
f. Juniper router system
g. HP data Switches system
h. Keymile Hybrid Mux system
2. Investigate any abnormalities observed in network performance and alert the concerned departments personnel and NOC as per escalation procedures.
3. To update the system regularly and work closely with other departments to maintain up to date database.
4. Carry out periodic preventive maintenance on all network equipment’s to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
5. Providing support service for engineering and technical teams.
6. To call out to resolve any network faults.
7. To process any additional assignment designated by management.
8. Ensure tidiness at NOC at all times.

Started work as shift engineer for 6 months.As shift Engineer, I had got opportunity of work to control & monitor whole cement production system. Also had responsibilities to monitor & control the work of civil, chemical, mechanical & electrical departments during the shift.
As an Assistant Manager Electrical, i was responsible to monitor, control & troubleshoot HT/LT Electrical equipments in all areas of cement factory i.e.:
1. Single and three Phase transformers.
2. AC & DC motors and their control circuits.
3. 132KV grid station.
4. Low oil circuit breakers (LOCB).
5. Gas circuit breakers (GCB).
6.Vacuum circuit breakers (VCB).
