A renowned ISO certified operation & maintenance Saudi firm. Have worked eight month at company's head office at Jeddah was responsible to receive weekly Accounts statement from different Branch Offices in Kingdom, and to verify all of the attached transaction and make funds remittance to the specified branches after verification from Accounts Manager. Later on transfer to branch office at Makkah Region Procurement office and was responsible to manage accounts department for Makkah Region Procurement Office organize petty cash account and to pay salaries to different project at Makkah and made payment for local Makkah region purchaser and other sort of payment and report on daily & weekly basis to Head Office at Jeddah.
Reporting to Accounts Manager, responsibilities was to verify all of the account transaction such as Voucher, Invoices, and Receipt submitted with the General Journal register, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, preparation of cheques for payments, with some exposure to administrative work.
