Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
Work with the directors to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
Issuing maintenance notifications as per needed action for Admin block by using SAP.
Releasing PR, PO and CAPEX by using SAP on behalf of Site Director.
Monitor employee’s complaints in the factory and reach out to provide assistance.
Monitor attainment of objectives.
Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
Follow up with employees to ensure their issues are resolved.
Fulfill duties as assigned by the director.
Provide operation support to the branch and head
office in handling customer contracts with using of
Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Maintains continuity of work operations by
documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers in order to get quotation for preparing Purchase order as per warehouse requirement.
Make sure suppliers have enough stock to meet
demand and delivery on time.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and quotation request of clients.
Managing the delegation of work to other branch
coordinators and branch staffs as appropriate, while providing support and guidance.
Address billing issues, late payments, and office
maintenance issues.
Supply Chain:
Responsible for buying and delivery process of
materials from international supplier on behalf of
company or client.
Negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that secure the best possible rates inline with the company’s buying policy, also coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
Works closely with the Division manager to ensure the best supply chain solutions are achieved.
Responsible to develop and maintain good client relationships delivering the very best in customer service.
Prepare costing in order differentiate prices between International supplier and our company standard.
Weekly update Prices and stocks quantity as per Microsoft Dynamic Ax information.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed
Ensuring store excellence through optimizing sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Staff training for till operations and monitoring customer services.
Dealing with all escalated complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Managing deliveries and giving customers information about services and products.
