Project Description: Utilize the latest technology & best practices to transparently deliver a defect free
solution to our clients, while laying the foundation for future Cerner strategic initiatives.
Client - SEHA (ADHA_AE), MOH (ICapital), HMC (Qatar), King Faisal (KFSH), National Guard (NGHA).
Project Responsibilities:
As part of CWx - Maintaining service requests, CWx change control and troubleshooting all Critical and
high incidents of Cerner Millennium’s Radnet, PACS, Provision Doc Imaging, 724 Downtime
management using the CIM (Cerner Implementation Methodology). All investigation and
communication related to the Service Request is documented within Navigator.
 CWx Operations Monitoring on multiple clients - Exposure to multiple millennium applications
 Handling Downtime activities for Clients from the India CWx team
 Contributed to increase team efficiency through innovative methodologies
 Managing Citrix Client Tools, Active Directory, Server Backup, audit on newly built servers, commission
and decommission of windows servers and Linux servers
 Troubleshooting daily issues regarding Citrix access, load balancing, profile issues and permission
issues for Citrix published applications.
 Involved in team management and coordination between Onsite/Offshore teams and Client
 Deployment of Patches, fixes, upgrading OS and applications on both Linux and Windows servers
 Have knowledge and experience in the area of RedHat Linux with basic troubleshooting
 Perform inventory of existing server environment and gather server utilization statistics such as CPU,
disk usage and alert management
 Performed new Citrix server build based on the client standards and install the Monitoring, Backup,
Security and Antivirus agents
 Involved in preparing daily, weekly and monthly health reports on existing Citrix Farm and suggesting
upgradations of servers
 Involved in iBus and PACS migration projects
 Providing access to backend servers and published application as the user requirements
 Building/configuring printers on Linux/AIX/HP-UX and Citrix
 Designing docs -Client Information Sheet, Client Monitoring and PACS monthly usage report
 Providing KT sessions on 724, PACS, iBus for the new hires.
 Complete ownership of iBus, PACS and 724 solutions
 Managing RedHat Cluster and Veritas Cluster for PACS solution.
 Supported CWx global client’s ADHA_AE, MINH_AE, HAMC_QAT on RadNet and Imaging, 724, PCLA
solutions from Ops Team.
 Resolving Client raised Service Request’s.
 Increase Client satisfaction ( Knowledge/ Turnaround time)
 Proactive check-ups from Cerner side to 0 impacts on client, e.g. Snotify Checks for PACS.
 Domain validation on Radnet, PACS. Also assisted other solution groups in validation when required.
 ESI Log Analysis( Log analysis of the FSI Transactions)
