Warehouse Team Leader (Yosh Hospitality, Siniyar, POM Holding).
The Company is dealing with High Profile People in the UAE. The Company is providing services to
Those clients.
Assign Duties to Warehouse Assistants as per operational requirements.
Take Stock of all the assets in the store. Organize shelves, racks and pallets, Tag/label for identification and
Stocktaking. Arrange new storage structure where required.
Receive goods from various clients and issue receipt note. Stack goods appropriately and take into inventory.
Ensure safe loading/offloading and storage goods.
Maintain inventory management system and generate periodic reports for submission to line Manager.
Train warehouse assistant and helpers to handle goods properly and appropriately.
Strictly apply and maintain safety practices in the warehouse according to safety procedures.
Prepare Warehouse Safety Procedure for safe operations.
Overall Control of Store Operations of hotel apartments and holiday resort stocks
Maintenance of Stock in JDE as well as Bin Card.
Pick Slip Confirmation on daily basis.
Material Receipt entry on daily basis.
Reviewing & Approving batches in JDE on daily basis.
Reviewing & Approving supplier invoices and dispatching same to Accounts Department.
Inventory control of all stock items. Maintain a safe minimum inventory level.
Monthly Bin Card Verification & Random Physical count.
Monitoring the inventory level and raising purchase order accordingly
Receiving the store items as per the requisition and purchase order.
Storing the receiving items in designated location.
Issuing the items as per requisitions approved by the respective department.
Coordinate with Purchase, Finance and Suppliers to follow-up requisition delivery.
Direct work interaction with Maintenance Engineer, Foremen, Tradesmen, and Store Manager.
Making document (Delivery Note, Purchase Order, and Invoice) for traceability as per the ISO procedures.
•All Stores related Material Management assignment.
•Responsible for receiving material and arrange location code.
•Monthly closing works in GP system
•Inputting Goods Receipt and Good Issues & Goods Delivery Receipt.
•Making Purchase Requisition.
•Creating Material
•Making inventory /stock verifying/year ending through GP system.
•Organizing material including Spare parts & raw material.
Send the mails to Suppliers for Quotations.
•Responsible for the entire sales from prospecting to closing.
•Understood the customer requirement and needs.
•Responsible for providing technical support to the customer.
•Calling up clients & following up with the Inquiries Or Jobs.
•Keeping proper follow up of appointments.
•Coordinating with Sales Team.
•Promoting companies products & services to identified and prospective clients.
•Maintaining Inquiries & Jobs.
•Filing, Documentation and admin work.
•Prepared Invoice, Performa, etc.
•Preparation of quotations according to the sales team requirement.
•Maintaining Customer Purchase Order and executing in time.
•Coordinating with accounts for generating Invoice against each purchase order.
•Maintaining all Employees Timesheets
•Maintain the Customers, Local and International supplier’s data in Excel.
