o Handling tickets and client escalations, incident identification and RCA. Incidents are logged by client through GE Service now and resolved within the SLA
o Support business on the commissioning of new Devices or Racks
o Work with Service provider to ensure for proper power provisioning as per requirement
o CMDB maintenance verification of hosted devices details for availability & accuracy in CMDB

o Installation of new devices like switches, routers, servers and firewalls and providing remote support configuration and implementation of network devices
o Monitored the daily operations of various systems in the data center for an assigned shift using designated system utilities and programs. Followed established procedures, troubleshooting system errors and referring to management on resolving problem
o Having regular updates on tape and media management in the data center.
o Support during any change activity (Network infra/Facility infra)
o Working with DC facility & other teams to ensure service restoration.
Recording the incidents in the template with RCA. Monitor to note for repeating of incidents.
o Maintaining reports likes Shift Metrics, Inventory management, Daily Dashboard Ticket summary, Power readings and other reports.
o Materials management and data maintenance with 100% accuracy
o Work on DC requests on daily basis.
o H&F support to be provided based on the requests raised, record the same and ensure to communicate and update team. Trouble shooting end to end network link, diagnosing and resolving network related issues.
o Client deployment facilitations with basic services like floor planning, capacity verification with limited scope.
o Coordinated with end user business requirements to ensure that the processing of their daily work was completed on time and error free.
o Commissioning and decommissioning of device based on ALDEA request
o Creating compact database in DOMS portal for asset tracking and day to day audits
o Access process and management in DC.
o Preparing daily status report and inventory Management.
