Working as a Sr.Estimator (HVAC), Reporting to the Proposal Coordinator, Routine responsibilities are.
 Planning and scheduling the tenders as per to their priorities.
 Review the tender document and understand the client requirement and SOW for HVAC service.
 Review the tender document specifications, equipment schedules, drawings to ensure all the systems and components as per to the
SOW is covered and if there any missing data / more clarification needed raise the query to get more information from the client/consultant.

 Prepare the supporting documents to raise the query on the any missing data / more clarification needed items/areas.
 Interpret the client’s requirement as per to company procedure such as material takeoff, price analysis, cost summary etc.
 Prepare the vendor/manufacturer inquiry for each item/services with necessary documents such as specification, drawings, BOQ,
 Equipment schedule etc. with the company standard covering letter.
 Liaise with the internal and external suppliers/vendors/manufacturers and obtain the best offer with compliance with the tender requirements.

 Evaluate the suppliers/vendors/manufacturers offer technically and commercially as per to the tender requirement.
 Review and check the price comparison and cost summary to ensure all the systems and components are covered as per to the SOW
 Prepare the B.O.Q, Price analysis, Vendor/Manufacture list and any other technical documents required in the tender.
 Preparing value engineering with alternate manufacturers / specification which can meet the client’s requirement.
 Documenting tender proposal workings as per to company procedure, such as queries, inquiries, material takeoff, quotations.

 Heat Load Calculations.
 Duct and Pipe Designing.
 Pump Head Calculations.
 Calculating Static Pressure of Fans.
