The Company has varied interests in fields such as Automobiles, Oil field supplies, electronics, consumer durable, restaurant and so on. Its represent international companies like Nissan in Automobiles & heavy equipment vehicles, Mc Donald’s etc.
Over the last 4 decades the company has grown rapidly & and striving to reach levels of total consumer satisfaction.
* Activities in Account: -
- Entering Cash Entries, Bank Entries, And Journal Entries.
- Maintaining Cash and bankbook.
- Managed all petty cash and office supply stationary.
- Maintaining Petty Cash.
- Preparing petty cash & sales cash statements.
- Posting petty cash & other transactions in ERP.
- Handling Cash Flow management.
- Good knowledge of cash flow & fund management.
- Preparation of Funds movement Schedule Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis (Receipts, Payments, Deposits).
- Lassie with Bank and Preparation Bank Balance Report weekly.
- Preparation of all basic vouchers and journal vouchers.
- Preparation of post dated check installment report contract wise.
- Accruals and payroll administration.
Payroll Accountant :-
- Responsible for payroll data verification and entry to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration payments to employees using the Wage Protection System (WPS)
-Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employees files in the HRMS and in the Personal File Folder and update changes to any employee compensation details or employee records;
- Processing leave applications and ticket entitlement of employees.
- Preparing and process final settlement of employees (EOSB).
- Handling and resolve all queries/issues related to compensation and benefits;
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on compensation and benefits and those required by accounts.
-Ensuring that compensation and benefits are integrated into other HR policies: performance management, personnel and career development, recruitment and retention of valuable employees;
-Assist in managing the performance appraisals of employees on a quarterly/semi-annual basis and in the administration of disciplinary action to employees.
- Preparation fixed assets deprecation schedule (S. L. methods &W.D .V methods).
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, insurance companies customer a/c.
- Preparation of stock valuation. (M.M.W.A)
- Preparing and keeping of all L.C and D.A. Activities.
- Follow up of payments.
- Tallying in the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, balance sheet.
- Coordinating & preparing audit schedules.
- Preparation of project reports, dealing with banks &financial institutions.
- Reconciliation of cost and Financial P & L Accounts, co-ordination with statutory Auditors.
-Handling cash /credit transaction, bill payment .

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

Rerecording accounts transactions related to receivables to ensure accounts are accurately maintained.
• Recording accounts transactions (e.g., receipts, credit note, debit note return etc.) for the customers to ensure completeness of accounting books .
• Interacting with customers on transaction related issues to resolve the queries / issue in a timely and accurate manner to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate direct distribution operations on finance related issues (e.g. price update, system set up, installation of credit card machines, etc.) to ensure smooth function at POS level.
• Identifying reasons for short payments and complete documentations and approvals to rectify the same and ensure customer statements are cleared.
• Collecting cash/ cheques from sales reps daily and record the same to adhere to the set company guidelines.
• Reconciling customer accounts (as per SOP) on periodic basis and obtain confirmation of the same to ensure correctness of accounts
• Ensuring all received cash and cheques is sent on the maturity date to the bank to ensure credit to the company’s bank account
• Following credit policy and payment terms set for receivables to ensure timely collection and reduction of receivable days.
• Follow up on any delay in payment from customers in order to satisfy the credit policy of the company. Notify the Line Manager and other concerned departments in the case of non-receipt of funds within the stipulated time.
• Performing stock counts whenever necessary and when instructed by the Line Manager and report variances arising out of the counts to ensure the control of stock(s).
CREDIT OFFICER - APPROVER
- Analyzing the credit applications by reviewing financial capacity, business profile, industry position, repayment capability, collateral adequacy, Account conduct etc .
- Ensuring that credit facilities have been properly structured, pricing and collateral is adequate and that there isn’t any violation of internal or external regulations / policies.
-Constant reviewing and ensuring that credit applications are in-line with compliance credit policy, regulatory requirements, procedures of the bank and highlight exceptions if any
-Preparing Credit Risk Appraisal Summary / detailed notes with appropriate
-Recommendations for approval, rejection or amendments based on credit analysis
Credit monitoring and Follow-up of Regular / Irregular accounts
Monitoring, Updating and Checking of various portfolio and regulatory reports
- Acting as back-up for all areas under Credit Risk Department and provide support to other areas.
