I contribute in the store by adding valuable clients database that rises the store target to achieve 50% growth.
-make weekly play roll to the staff , team gathering to negotiate the shop matters making us sharp and ready .

-started my career with focusing on how to make Samsung showroom, Alexandria, Egypt spread in the market as we only sold mobile devices, so i made a plan.
>frist :use Internet (Samsung showroom Alexandria )on Facebook that receive comments, suggestions, complains.
>second : negotiate with Samsung head office in Korea to support the shop with other electronic devices (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner)that had been requested by the clients as they saw it on the Internet and suggested there wishes to our Facebook page.
- the shop become famous and the original company made it Samsung agency in Alexandria .
