Provide consultation and advice on HR issues and concerns, especially that related to Organization & Manpower Planning.
Participate in HR projects as needed and requested.
- Manage all the HR functions i.e. Organization, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, Training & Development and performance management
- Manage all the personnel functions
- Ensure proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with local community
- Mange the implementation of company HSSE programs
- Manage all the administrative & Support functions including Transportation, Events, Government Relations, etc.
• Deliver training and presentations using international acceptable methods and techniques.
• Develop training and education Curricula and Materials.
• Provide on-the-job training and support for trainees.
• Evaluate Training & Trainees' progress.
• Conduct marketing sessions.
• Develop needs assessment process, and supervise its implementation
• Design and plan training and development programs
• Organize and develop, training procedure manuals and guides
• Evaluate return on training investment (ROTI)
• Deliver training and presentations using acceptable methods and techniques
• Prepare and control training budget
• Supervise in-house training events.
