•Operate HF radio, sat-phones and maintain daily operations log book
•Manage an efficient emergency coordination centre and act quickly in the event of an emergency crises. Contact relevant authorities as per EMT procedures
•Coordinate and follow up with HSSE/EMT members/field personnel for incident occurrences
•Record, track & distribute Daily Expats movement
•Periodically check and maintain an updated list of OMV Employees with their next of kins, Partners Phone list etc.
•Receiving, logging & distribution of all incoming /outgoing faxes and GMs letters
•Maintaining notice board for all important & relevant telephone no’s
•Report & record any incidents, potential hazards or abnormal situations to concerned
•Keep track of Pool vehicle's / Driver's/ maintenance team during night duty and on weekends & after office hours
