• Align business strategy and requirements to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets the agreed non-functional IT requirements such as scalability, availability, reliability, cybersecurity risks, and performance.
• Identify and implement best practices in data acquisition, data architecture, process improvement, and automation (operational effectiveness).
• Responsible for the SLA & lifecycle management of all applications and services within the IT Infrastructure area to increase internal efficiency and reduce cost (digitalization and automation).
• Improve product quality within the various departments and other business areas by advocating and suggesting innovative solutions and new architectures.
• Contribute significantly to the projects' success, efficient utilization of the resources, and help the university achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead and control functional performance, measuring, improving, and automating processes across operations.
• Continuously identifies areas of cost optimization/rationalization through prudent technology spending and innovative technology standardization efforts.
• Manage and implement change initiatives and process improvement projects to improve overall operational performance according to the organization's strategic goals.
• Develop departmental plans, SOPs, KPIs, KPI dashboards, Balanced Scorecards, and SLA follow-up related to the service (internal and suppliers).
