• Responsible for the planning and distributions from UAE for all other enterprises of red dot distribution and customers worldwide. Jebel Ali Dubai; being logistics hub, my role is to manage local Dubai operations, Land Transport Contractors as well as manage supply chain for the East Africa region. Performing a short and long-term analysis, prognosis and action plan for the regional product category based on KPIs for price, lead time, quality, sustainability and capacity to achieve global product category goals: growth and profitability in a sustainable way;
