 Maintenance capacity 7.7MVA of 04 # Rectifier Transformer ( Messrs Special Trafo Italy) 3/6 phase with winding Star -Star Delta Having capacity of 7.7 MVA. ( Off load Tap changer).
 Installation and commissioning of 16KW solar power project.
 Maintenance of Rectifier Cubicle Designed having capacity of 16.5 KA, 380 Volts.
 Performed erection and commissioning of following chiller units.
. Bum yang Steam Absorption chiller
. York Millennium Absorption Chiller.
. Trane centrifugal Chiller, model RTV B220.
 Maintenance of Pumps, motors up to100KW, supply fans, cooling tower fan motors etc.
 Supervision of all kind of electrical instillation in Factory and its remote units.
 Supervision of Gas and Diesel Generator up to 3 MW generation Plant.
 Responsible to carry out daily report of Electrical generation and further its distribution of Load.
 Responsible of Load Management of All sites.
 Responsible to look after trouble shoot and planning of routine maintenances of all electric, house hold and Generators and all electric motors, .
 Responsible to maintain house hold appliances
 Responsible to manage work team and lead them.
 Responsible of working according to SOPs.

• Supervision of preventive maintenance of Transformer as per schedule, 17 no, transformer (Capacity 2500Kva & 2000 kva)
• Supervision of preventive maintenance as per schedule / Greasing & troubleshooting of all type of motors and electromagnetic breaks (Motor rating 0.5 kW to 650kw).
• Preventive maintenance of Chiller Plant (4 no, of chiller plants / Trane 450 ton chiller).
• Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of 2 no, Huge Cranes and Hoists having 25 ton capacity.
• Worked on Inverters, Soft Starters & Simocode profibus.
• Parameterization of Inverters FC, VC, CUVC, CUMC, Micro master, Midi master (Siemens Auto K type) used to control variable speed motor to 630kw.
• Preventive maintenance (check Electrolytes level, specific gravity as per schedule and troubleshooting of UPS (60kw, 30kw) Master guard
