Provide strategic support & guidelines for inventory planning according to the business requirement.
• Manage inventory planning process for a large base of domestic & overseas suppliers.
• Liaise with senior management on a regular basis for reporting the state of inventory as well as for future business direction.

• Oversee new project opening requirement and establish planning process into replenishment cycle.
• Manage inventory models ensuring that we have right product in our project centers.
• Manage obsolete inventory and make recommendations for liquidation/returns to supplier(s) enable to recover blockage cost & space in distribution center
• Establish SLA & execute with all internal & external customers.
Daily, Short-term & Long-term product availability plans to meet S&OP (Sales & Operating Plan), ensuring 100% availability at Distribution Center against demand forecast.
Leading Monthly Supply Reviews & develop Production / Distribution strategies to remove capacity constraints via RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) Tool
Demand Forecast Analysis & collaborate with Marketing team on Weekly Distribution Requirement plans.
Collaborate with Operations team to meet SAP based Master Production Scheduling Performance (MPSP)
Collaborate with Material Planning team via MRP (Material Requirement Planning) tool to ensure raw & pack material availability & resolve constraints (if any).
Use DUIT (Drive Unhealthy Inventory Out Tool) to identify non-performing inventories (NPI) & develop action plan to ensure NPI < 5% of total Inventory
Use HIT (Historical Inventory Trend) Graph to identify inventory reduction opportunities/action plans.
Using Finished Production Inventory Model to define right level of Safety Stocks at Distribution Centers.
SAP Master Data management & Audits for MRP Parameters, Bill of Materials, Recipe & Production Version
MATERIALS SUPPLY MANAGEMENT:
Responsible for strong & cost efficient in-bound Supply Chain Design, Logistics, Operations, Option Analysis & Improvement for all Imported and Local Raw & Packaging Materials in deep collaboration with all suppliers & internal departments like Buyers, Operations, Warehousing, Finance, & Regional Technical Support Team. Involved in developing and renewing supplier’s Service Level Execution Agreements.
•Materials Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead materials planning area, manage supply with minimize cost/capital investment.
- Communicate long term material requirement plans to suppliers and resolves conflicts.
- Ensure zero run-outs & Identify critical material supply constraints & develop action plans accordingly.
•Inventory Forecasting & Management:

•Initiatives Management:
- Ensure excellence in execution & on time delivery of all approved initiatives through a disciplined Initiative Management Process.

•Order Management:
- Share Daily/Weekly delivery schedule to qualified suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Follow up with the supplier; to ensure required materials are produced on time.
