Job Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing large sets of financial data.
- Building client loan portfolio valuations.
- Assisting in drafting reports and documenting processes.

Performing duties related to documenting requirements and defining the scope of IT projects or initiatives. Working with each business unit to determine technology needs and work with IT personnel to deliver the necessary functionality to the business. The core responsibility includes getting involved through the entire life cycle of delivery that includes many QA tasks to ensure the result closely matches the original request.
Worked as Business Analyst in the Aspire Zone Sports Venues Project in Qatar. Mainly we were offering Facilities Management services to the Clients in coordination with our Singapore Offices with the objective of providing outstanding/quality services. My role was including multi-disciplinary tasks such as: contracts management, software based FM system maintenance, financial monitoring & reporting and personal contact with the Client Representatives on as-needed basis in order to trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems. Also, providing solutions to Total asset management concept (CMMS): Asset configuration, PPM scheduling, Vendor management, Utility management, budget management, Stock inventory management etc. for Aspire sports city, which comprises of 15 venues having, MEP systems and other sports complex facilities.
The job responsibilities included ensuring the quality of finished product. This also included the repair and maintenance of the equipment and all its machinery. Working in this multi-national pharmaceutical firm also provided me exposure to develop my skills and knowledge towards Management side as well.
