➢ Oversee and supervise the work on site including inspection and approval of RFII and technical
submittals for installation and testing of Plumbing, H.V.A.C., Swimming pool electro-mechanical,
and irrigation system works.
➢ Conduct review, coordinate, and confirm (Plumbing, H.V.A.C., Swimming pool electromechanical, and irrigation system) plans and combine service drawing with the corresponding
designers/ consultants.
➢ Conduct review/ technical evaluation of proposals and bids of suppliers and contractors for MEP
works.
➢ Review and approve technical submittals from contractor for plumbing and H.V.A.C. equipment
and accessories to be use on the project.
➢ Prepare and evaluate site work schedule including conduction of coordination meetings between
the contractors for MEP work and coordinate with the schedule of other trades for parallel work
progress on site.
➢ Evaluate and approve the monthly billing of the MEP contractors and sub-contractors.
➢ Conduct review, coordinate and confirm MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire
Safety) plans and combine service drawing with the corresponding designers/ consultants for
high rise building construction.
➢ Conduct review/ technical evaluation of proposals and bids of suppliers and contractors for
MEPFS works.
➢ Check and verify all owner supplied materials quantities for MEPFS works.
➢ Participate in site inspections and testing and document what specific M&E items should be
checked.
➢ Check/review the electro/mechanical components and get quotations. Evaluate, source, bid out
of generators, pumps and motors for plumbing, sanitary and fire protection works, including
fans and air-conditioning units of the project.
➢ Coordinate and follow up with various contractors and suppliers for all owner assisted and owner
supplied materials.
➢ Conduct costing estimates and HVAC load calculation using software HAP ver. 4.10(Hourly Analysis
Program) by Carrier Air Conditioning Co. and CHVAC by Elite Software Development Corp., in case of
modification of condominium units as per clients’ request.
➢ Conduct random inspections and supervision of all deliveries of owner assisted and owner
supplied materials.
➢ Updating records for all owners assisted and owner supplied materials.
➢ Check/ review of all owners assisted and owner supplied materials statement or billing prior to
evaluation of such billing by the in-house project architect/ engineering group.
