1. Arrange & handling all CSR activities and provide the report to the management.
2. All-time audit preparation for internal or 2nd and 3rd party audit.
3. Arrange and coordinate all types of employee training in accordance with Company Regulations, Bepza Law, Labor Act, Health Safety, Buyer Code of Conduct/compliance issues etc, and maintain a record of training attendance.
4. Daily floor visits to ensure the core standard & Monitoring workplace safety & zero tolerance observation.
5. All kinds of grievance procedure inquiries & take disciplinary action as per rules.
6. Arranged Fire drill and Chemical drills with training as per requirements.
7. Arrange and coordinate all types of committee meetings on factory premises such as WPC, ESH & EMS, Grievance committee etc. & provided the report to the management for improvement/elimination.
8. To ensure compliance in the organization to make sure a better working place to meet employees and customer sustainability
align with business goals and objectives.
9. To Execute the final settlement of the resigned employee in the organization as well as calculate maternity leave benefits as per company policy and perform other relevant administrative jobs as per the assignment of the management.
